Se ha convertido en tradición hacer pizza casera para cenar una vez a la semama. A la séptima vez he dado con la clave de dar con la masa como a mí me gusta,porque antes se me quedaba demasiado fina y durita pero tras unos cuántos videos del youtube cogí la idea general y lo aplique a mi manera.Se tarda 5 min en hacerla.
Paso a paso 👇🏽
Para la masa necesitamos:
-150 gr de harina de espelta
– 2 cucharadas de lino y 2 de chia
-1 cucharada sopera de aceite
-Una pizca de sal
-50 ml de agua
-2 cucharadas pequeñas de levadura eco
Topping:
-Tomate
-Calabacín
-Queso @violife_foods
-aceitunas
-Cebolla
-Champis portobello
-Orégano y sal
1️⃣Mezclamos ingredientes para la masa y amasamos por 10 min. Con las manos o un rodillo extendemos y le damos la forma que más nos guste.
2️⃣En una base de tomate con orégano añadimos todos nuestros ingredientes favoritos.
3️⃣Con el horno precalentado a 180• horneamos por 30 min. ¿Fácil verdad?

We love pizza so we usually make once a week home-made pizza.I have found the key for my perfect dough.After watching some youtube videos I have caught the general idea and now I make my perfect pizza only in 5 min.
Honestly I don’t use measures, I get a bowl and I start to add the ingredientes depending on how much I need but for give you an idea, for an individual pizza like as the photo you will need;
Ingredients:
- 2 and 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 3/4 of a cup water
The measures of flour and water are ilustrative some times you will need more or less.
Making
- Don’t waste a long time kneading,just mix all the ingredients and make a ball, is good that the dough sticks a little bit to your hands because in this way will be more fluffy, just put a little bit of flour or water in your hands and the problem will be solve.
- Once the ball is ready put it on greaseproof paper and start to extend it, you can do it with your hands it’s not necessary any roll.In fact, I always do it with my hands.
- Preheated the oven at maximum power,bake the dough for 5 min after this 5 minutes remove it and put tomato,herbs and add all the ingredients you want onto the top of the dough.Reduce a little bit the heat and cook it for 30 min aprox.
Honestly I like pizzas with only a few ingredientes, before I used to put thousands of ingredients and finaly my pizza was overflowed.So now I choose a few,for example for this pizza were: sliced tomatoes, olives, onions, mushrooms and fried onions and it was really good.
